Pressure Washing Services & Pressure Washer Rental
Industrial Pressure Washing
Often, regulations are put on place that require oil field equipment be kept clean to avoid risks and damage. Dirty oil equipment can lead to potential risks for onsite workers and can lessen the quality of the oil. That is why it’s so important for equipment like oil drills and frac tanks to be kept clean.
At Target Industries, we offer oilfield pressure washing equipment and services for all types of equipment. Pressure washing is the most convenient way to apply serious cleaning power for equipment upkeep. With Target Industries services, there is no job too big or small that can’t be tackled with the powerful force of pressure washing.
Types of Pressure Washing
There are several different types of pressure washers available. From electric pressure washers to gas pressure washers to both cold and hot-water pressure washers.
If you’re looking for something to tackle a smaller job, an electric model might be the best option for you. The pros for this option are that it is able to start easier than its counterparts and run more quietly. It is also cleaner than the other options. However, if you’re looking to clean oilfield equipment, you probably want something that packs a little more punch.
Gas models are great for larger projects, as they allow the user to move around more freely. They also have a much larger power output than the other options available.
While cold-water models are more commonly used for do-it-yourself projects, hot-water pressure washers can add that level of heat needed to really get your equipment clean.
Power of Pressure Washing
Pressure washers come with a variety of different power levels. You can get anything from light, medium, heavy, and even commercial-duty models. To determine the force and cleaning power, you look at the PSI and GPM of the model (that is – pounds per square inch and gallons per minute).
The ratings for pounds per square inch range from 1300 PSI to over 2800 PSI. The higher the combination of PSI and GPM output, the faster and more efficient your cleaning will be. For oilfield services, you can pretty much cancel out the lighter-duty models. Those work best for smaller projects like cleaning decks, patio furniture, and cars. Heavy-duty models have enough power behind them to strip paint from walls, but even so, you’ll probably need a commercial-duty washer for your equipment.
